back... to the backstage?
So i'm back here typing out something! Yays? Well, no one exactly gonna read what I'm posting anyway (except for the person who urged me to reopen my blog, yes. you. Joel Tay :p)
I'm back as an unofficial graduate and as a young working adult who works her sweat off with really low pay, cause we, auditors live like that. or maybe, just the Malaysian workers. or maybe, Sabahan workers. tsks.
Work has been good to me lately as I learnt through the days. I learnt how to be braver to talk to clients, learnt how to get things myself and learnt how....to photocopy! -.- Basically everytime I use the client's photocopy machine, it's always out of paper. So I had to walked down and up the stairs just to get papers. Pretty much working as the client's staff now. lol.
Anyways.....
i just wanna do a count down...
EEEELEVEN DAYS left!
you'll know what i'm talking about soon :p

Unexpected
I stunned and nothing comes out from my mouth except "Ohh... But... but... it was really hard... I didn't really have time to do it...prop...."
Then the lecturer cut in - "You really did a good job... especially your Conclusion. I like how you conclude the whole thing. It shows that you really understand the whole concept" "Yeah, so you should expect your coursework marks now and start calculating to aim for finals :)"
I really should stop feeling doubtful and start thinking/reacting fast to compliments. This was the 2nd time I've got complimented by the same lecturer. Although I know my heart was screaming "Thank You" and how much I really wanted to blurt it out in a very sincere way, I just tend to hold-back for God knows why. Sigh.
My 3 coursemates did pretty good too! That's what the lecturer said :)
NOTE TO SELF: Gotta write a thank you card to her! before the semester ends.
Anyways, I'm really thankful for these few days and I want to transfer these energy to Joel at the moment. He's struggling with his core subject lecturer and the subject itself. I really want to his smiles again, without the stressful look. =/
So my last class of the semester just ended. It's not only for this semester, but also for the whole 2011. And I know I won't be having class during this day, next year. I wished I could have cherish more of these days before I graduate. Oh wells. The classes have ended, so that means my semester is almost reaching the end. How do I want it to end - really depends on how I do in the exams. Aside from God, Family, Joel and Friends, Academics is what I should be focusing on and aim for because this is one of the gift that He gave to me.
I shall pray for those who are gonna have their exams and also their health. And make sure they win their battle on stress and pressure. :)

Misunderstandings
I hope the paranoid me fades slowly as I grow with Him.
Both of us forgot that our relationship has turned 3 months old yesterday.
We were too caught up with our own activities and thoughts (i.e. zoning out).
Happy 3 Months Anniversary Dear Joel.
I'm sorry for being a jealous girlfriend. Thanks for believing in me. <3
Gratitude
Anyways,
Last but not least, I always want to thank God for sending Joel to me. He amazes me all the time and I feel rather comfortable being with him. Even though there'll be rocky days between us, I hope that both of us will grow stronger with You as well as with each other so that the relationship will last and work smoothly. Joel is an amazing person who I can really spend my time with. It's also because I'm in love with him. We don't talk much, but we love each others' company. I hope our feelings grow as we aged. Thank you Heaven Daddy for making the relationship happen.
Love,

Expectations
But what matters most is the process of meeting the expectations.
Nevertheless, I still love your imperfections.
It's definitely one of the challenges in life, but when you learned to love, the feeling is overwhelming :)
Thank you love.
Thank you Heaven Daddy for putting us next to each other during this period of time.
I wish it'll lasts <3

Too Fast To Live, Too Young To Die

I've just watched an Indie movie today. It was definitely not my type of movie. Cos it's affecting my thoughts now. I see things different way thank you very much!

Football Fever?
I started wandering the streets whenever
I couldn't sleep. Late at night, there aren't
many people. It's strangely liberating.
Soon after becoming homeless, I joined a
football team. There are all kinds of people
on this team. Most used to be homeless.
Many still are.
Most of the players want to turn their lives
around. But we never thought that
turning over a new leaf would take us to such
a faraway place.

Goober & Miscommunication
In Environment Economics class today, Mr Song (I must admit, the cutest guy lecturer ever - in terms of size and the way he talks!) brought a new "Goober" (or some may call it as Smucker) today!
He was telling us about different types of company legal statuses, and he gave an example of Private Limited Company which is Smucker owned by only family members. Most of us may know what's Goober but not Smucker Lol. So we were a little confused that time. Then he said he'll buy one jar for us and try in the class! Today, I didn't remember we were supposed to bring our own spoon. He expected no one will bring, he brought his own spoon for spreading and also a packet of cream crackers for us to eat with! So nice of him! I was the first to "try" it! Haha (as if i never try before). Before he passed to me, I saw the jar and I went like "OHHHHHH!"... then he joked "Oh!? okay no need to give edi...*put back into his "Go Green" bag* " lol! The whole class were soo excited and i just burst their bubble. lol. Luckily he was just kidding, then the whole class passed the jar around during his lecture. We were happy :)
Today, we learnt about Hierarchies in different types of companies. Narrowed it down to miscommunication, we had some activities in class which made us really awake and he showed us this.
*****
The Boss of a company initiates a mail to invite his staff to witness an Eclipse and how his message is passed by employees at different levels in the hierarchy and finally how it reaches to the staff.
Mail from CEO to Manager :
Today at 11 o’clock there will be a total eclipse of the sun. This is when the sun disappears behind the moon for two minutes. As this is something that cannot be seen every day, time will be allowed for employees to view the eclipse in the parking lot. Staff should meet in the lot at ten to eleven, when I will deliver a short speech introducing the eclipse, and giving some background information. Safety goggles will be made available at a small cost.
Mail from Manager to Department Head :
Today at ten to eleven, all staff should meet in the car park. This will be followed by a total eclipse of the sun, which will appear for two minutes. For a moderate cost, this will be made safe with goggles. The CEO will deliver a short speech beforehand to give us all some information. This not something that can be seen everyday.
Mail from Dept. Head to Floor Manager :
The CEO will today deliver a short speech to make the sun disappear for two minutes in the form of an eclipse. This is something that cannot be seen every day, so staff will meet in the car park at ten or eleven. This will be safe, if you pay a moderate cost.
Mail from Floor Manager to Supervisor :
Ten or eleven staff are to go to the car park, where the CEO will eclipse the sun for two minutes. This doesn’t happen every day. It will be safe, and as usual it will cost you.
Mail from Supervisor to Staff :
Some staff will go to the car park today to see the CEO disappear. It is a pity, this doesn’t happen everyday.

Back again :)
I had 2 months of semester break and I had so much fun hanging out with friends and family back in KK. Now, back to reality. Assignments, morning classes, lectures and if possible, club activities! I've joined Social Board and I'm the secretary for Orientation Night. It sounds fun but I have to be really prepared for piling up work! Oh well, just wanna gain some experience and contribute something. Close friends should know that I'm a person who cannot not contribute anything in college. lol. But this time I'm trying to control and prevent myself from committing into too many events. Extreme prior to study! :)
I had the best time with the Nottingham clan last weekend. We traveled to places around KL. We started with Dim Sum at Cheras (the place where nostalgia kicked in because I remember going there when I was little kid with my big Wong family. sigh. i miss all of them now)

I'm having 5 subjects in this sem. Finals' on April. Late April. This time, the classes are more to the theory side. No more calculations except Stats class which I find it really fun during computer lab sessions!
I just finished half of Business Law tutorial questions which only due this Friday. And I'm having Skills for Accountants class (Cherish's class) soon. I'll talk more about the subjects I'm taking later cos I don't wanna make this post to be really nerdy. lol.
Before I sign off, I should introduce my new all-time favorite series! Glee! Read about it!
I just can't get the hang of it! I finished 1st Season. I'm waiting for 2nd Season! No twisted dramas, only pure fun and humor! While waiting, I listen to their whole OST! Big thanks to Eugene! :)
Gotta go!

Journals? Ledgers? Invoices? Statements? whaaaat?
Here are some Accounting Jokes for Accounting Students to release some stress!
A Tax inspector, a VAT(Value Added Tax) inspector and an Accountant were in the urinal performing their morning constitutional before a meeting. The Tax Inspector finishes first and walks over to the sink to wash his hands. He then proceeds to dry his hands very carefully. He uses paper towel after paper towel and ensures that every single spot of water on his hands is dried. Turning to the VAT Inspector and the Accountant, he say "Tax Inspectors are trained to be extremely thorough". The VAT Inspector is second and finishes his task at the urinal and he proceeds to wash his hands. He uses a single towel and makes sure that he dries every drop of water from his hands using every available portion of the paper towel. He turns and says "VAT Inspectors are not only are we trained to be extremely thorough but we are also trained to be extremely efficient". The Accountant finishes and walks straight for the door. "Accountants learn not to piss on their hands."

An accountant, banker and solicitor were called in to see an important client
"I am dying and i want to take it all with me" he said
You will each take one of these envelopes containing £1m and put it
in my coffin just before they screw down the lid.
They all agreed to comply.
The client died and at the funeral they all put their envelopes in the coffin and the man was duly buried.
At the wake in the pub the three found themselves in a corner
The banker said "As we're on our own I have a confession to make
Old Barard was a skinflint who never said thank you for all i did for him so before I put the envelope in I took out £10,000 .
"I'm glad you said that "said the solicitor " I agree he was a mean old *** and I took £20,000 out to cover my pain and under recoveries on scale"
They looked at the accountant who smiled and said "I am surprised at you both I put a cheque in for the full amount"
